Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie

If you are looking for a mouthwatering recipe that will blow your familys mind away, then look no further than this hearty goodness that you cannot get in any store. Your family will want you to make this again and again. The good thing is that it is healthy for you. I put my name on it by giving it the Bigtexgaming stamp of approval
Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
8 lbs of Chicken Breast, cooked, and cubed or shredded
1 Can Swanson Chicken Broth
1 Bag frozen peas, carrots, and green beans
4 8 oz. can of celery soup
2 16 oz. cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick of butter
2 Pre-made pie crust
4 10' pie pans
Directions
Pour some olive oil in a pan to cook the chicken breast
cook the chicken breast for 8-10 minutues till golden brown
Cut the chicken breast up into cubes
place in a mixing bowl use a mixer to shred the chicken while still hot (optional)
Preheat to 350°F and having two baking pans 9 x 13 out ready to place the empty pie pans on.
Take the pre made pie crust and start unrolling the dough
place the unrolled dough into the empty pie pans, start spreading them out till it covers the pan
using a tongue to grab the shredded chicken breast start layering the chicken on the bottom
In a mixing bowl you want to pour the frozen vegtables that contain peas, carrots, green beans, broth, and soup mixes together stir rigioursly till the mixture looks creamy for the second layer
add more chicken for second layer
add more vegtable mixture for second layer
add more chicken for third layer
add more vegtables for third layer
place the second unrolled dough on top of the mixture to cover the pie evenly
going around the edges you want to use the backside of a fork to make imprints around the pie and on top of the pie you want to poke it, so it could breath.
Make sure you melt the butter in the microwave to drizzle over top of the pie
The Chicken Pot Pie needs to bake for 1 hour. Bake until the pie is golden brown on top. Remove from the chicken pot pie from oven to cool down for about 5 minutes. You can do this for Turkey Pot Pie, Beef Pot Pie, Vegtable Pot Pie. The results are one big happy family.
